Empowerment and capacity building of rural women in Iganga District.
At Giving Heart Foundation Uganda, we believe true change begins when women are equipped with the skills and confidence to create better lives.
From October 24th to 25th, 2025, we successfully trained and empowered 70 women in Iganga District through our Women Empowerment Training Project. The program focused on candle making, reusable sanitary pad production, and liquid soap making, giving women practical, income-generating skills to support their families.
The two-day training was filled with smiles, learning, and hope as women discovered their potential to build brighter futures.
